I rethink workflows with AI. These are three things I built along the way.

Most teams are using AI to do the same work faster. The bigger opportunity is redesigning the work itself. These are three workflow redesigns I built and shipped: rethinking how I gather information, communicate ideas, and learn from my own work.

Workflow Augmentation

"I was asking AI to do the wrong job."

I spent months trying to automate competitive intelligence. Web scrapers, orchestration layers, end-to-end AI pipelines. They kept failing in the same way. The breakthrough wasn't better automation. It was learning where AI belongs in a workflow and where it doesn't.

Communicating Ideas

"What if the deliverable itself could teach?"

AI opened up a new design space for how we communicate ideas and data. I developed a methodology for rethinking the form, built an interactive experience for a long-term strategic outlook, and got it in front of a Chief Administrative Officer.

Working With AI

"What if every session knew what the last one learned?"

A technique from a finance dashboard shows up in a competitive intelligence pipeline. A design principle from one project reshapes how you approach something completely different. I built a system that connects ideas across domains, recalls lessons instantly, and compounds with every session, and packaged it so you can try it yourself.

About

Most teams are using AI to do the same work faster. The bigger opportunity is redesigning the work itself. That's what I build: systems that change how information gets gathered, how ideas get communicated, and how knowledge compounds across projects.
