At AAA, my work spans all divisions. I lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, write reports that go directly to the board of directors, and drive enterprise planning across the organization.
Over the past few years I spearheaded the organization's shift to an OKR framework, getting buy-in from division leads and connecting enterprise goals to division-level execution. I championed AI adoption across the organization, ran a pilot to build evidence, made the case to leadership, and drove it to org-wide rollout. Before that, I was in operational analytics, where I overhauled the reporting infrastructure and rebuilt it around what stakeholders actually needed, raising adoption across the organization.
Over the past year, AI tools have changed the shape of what I can take on. I built a production pipeline for competitive intelligence that cut a 10-hour monthly workflow to 30 minutes. I replaced static slide decks with interactive web experiences for leadership that led to a board-level deliverable. I redesigned member communications and hit 2x engagement over baseline. Each of these started as a problem I was trying to solve in my actual work.
I'm drawn to the intersection of organizational strategy and AI capabilities. How teams communicate complex ideas, how knowledge compounds instead of getting lost, how the right system changes the way a group works. I want to keep building at that intersection.
